Established in 1917, Harold Smith & Son, Inc. has been serving Napa County for over 90 years. The company has grown from a contract trucking firm to General Engineering Construction, Ready Mix Concrete, Landscaping Material and Sand & Gravel sales.
In 1974, Harold U. Smith retired, selling his half interest to Frank Borges, Phil Morisoli, Ed Bowers, and Harold Varozza. His son, Harold D. Smith, later sold the remainder of the business to the same partners. In the late 1990's Harold & Irene Varozza became the sole owners. They have since sold their interest in the company to their daughter Pam Raybould, keeping this company family owned and operated.
